Mixed Experiences but a Great Location

I stayed for one night in a King Room and appreciated the cozy amenities. A quick breakfast at the onsite restaurant was delightful. Be prepared for potential check-in delays, especially during busy seasons. I recommend checking in early to avoid rushes.

Why didn't I try this sooner?

I had a delightful stay at this hotel. The staff were truly exceptional, with a desk clerk who went above and beyond, returning a forgotten family book. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and I loved the convenient location near shopping centers. You won't regret choosing this place for your stay!

However, the absence of daily housekeeping was noticeable, and it would be great to see more attention to bathroom accessibility for all guests. Overall, the combination of caring service and a friendly atmosphere elevated the entire visit.

The king studio suite was super spacious. It had a microwave, fridge, and sofa bed. The bathroom was great with nice toiletries and a good shower. The indoor pool was clean and fun. Breakfast had yummy waffles and fresh pastries. The staff were really nice and helpful, making everything easy.

The room was pretty comfy. I liked the bathroom size, and the water pressure was great. However, the walls were thin, and I could hear my neighbors snoring and footsteps above. Staff was nice, though, and overall the setup worked for us.

Comfy stay with nice staff

Had a decent night here. The staff were super friendly, and the building looked well-maintained. I loved how close it was to lots of shops! The bathroom was a good size and had great water pressure, but the walls are way too thin. You can hear everything happening around you, and it was hard to sleep.

I had a great time, especially with the delicious breakfast options and meeting Kenny, who was super helpful. The modern decor was a refreshing surprise too!
